Clametra connects your Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, and KPIs in one system, aligning teams, tracking progress in real time, and alerting you the moment performance slips.
Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, KPIs, action plans and reviews, one platform
Your team is working hard. On the wrong things.
The strategy is sound. The gap is between setting it and seeing it: a spreadsheet that goes stale in February, owners who never file a number, and a review that arrives a quarter too late to matter.
Upload any Excel or CSV. Our AI agent reads it, maps objectives/key results to your framework, and populates your live dashboard in minutes. No template reshaping required.

One company goal. A target for every single person.
Set the objective once. Clametra breaks it into department targets and individual KPIs, so the line from the boardroom to one person's desk is a line you can trace rather than a line you hope exists.

Illustrative cascade. Departments, targets and owners are yours to define.
The whole discipline, on one platform.
Balanced Scorecard and OKRs run side by side. KPIs and action plans connect strategy to the work. Performance reviews draw on the results people actually delivered.
Build scorecards across Financial, Customer, Internal Process and Learning & Growth, or define your own perspectives. Weight objectives, map cause and effect, and score each period against a target you set.
Custom perspectives and weighting models
Strategy maps with cause-and-effect links
Corporate, department and individual scorecards
Baseline and stretch targets per KPI
OKRs2/5
Cycles, key results and honest confidence.
Run quarterly or annual cycles with objectives, measurable key results and check-ins. Confidence is tracked separately from progress, so a result at 60% with falling confidence reads differently from one at 60% and climbing.
Cycle management with start and end dates
Key results by increase, decrease or milestone
Check-ins with confidence and commentary
Initiatives linked to the results they serve
KPIs3/5
Every number has an owner and a source.
Define KPIs with direction, unit, target and thresholds. Measurements carry a date, a source and a submitter. When a measurement is missing, Clametra shows it as missing, never as zero.
Higher-is-better, lower-is-better and target-band
Measurement history with a full audit trail
Reusable metrics library with formulas
Freshness rules that flag stale data
Action Plans4/5
The work that moves the number.
Break each objective into an action plan, then into tasks with owners and due dates. Progress rolls up automatically from task completion, so plan status is a consequence of real work rather than a manual guess.
Kanban board: to do, in progress, done, blocked
Progress calculated from task completion
Plans created straight from a KPI signal
Overdue and blocked work surfaced early
People5/5
Reviews that use the numbers you already track.
Competency frameworks, evaluation cycles, calibration and development plans, connected to the KPIs a person actually owns. Their measured results populate the review, so assessment starts from evidence rather than recall.
Competency frameworks with proficiency levels
Self, manager, peer and 360 evaluations
Calibration with a full adjustment audit trail
Development plans built from competency gaps
Catch the slip while there is still time to fix it.
A quarterly review tells you what went wrong. Clametra tells the right person when a measurement moves off course, on the day it happens.
01Detect the change
A filed measurement crosses the target you set.
02Tell the owner
The person responsible gets the detail immediately.
03Keep the recovery visible
You see the action plan until the metric is back on track.
What else can trigger a signal?
Missing measurements, a trend moving toward a breach, and blocked or overdue corrective work can each follow the same escalation path.
Thresholds, delivery channels and escalation paths are yours to set.
The same missed target. A completely different outcome.
Both teams receive the same 19-day onboarding measurement against a 14-day target. The difference is whether anyone can act while the quarter is still recoverable.
The same signal
Branch onboarding: 19 days against a 14-day target.
Quarterly review only

3
Week 13
The quarterly review finds the damage.
By the time the review catches it, the cost of the miss is already locked in.
With Clametra
The target slips. The response starts today.
Action on day one
Day 1 · 08:04

Day 1 · 08:04
Natasha and the strategy lead are notified.
Day 3
A recovery plan is assigned.
Week 2
The metric is back inside target.
The owner acts while the miss is still small enough to recover.
Most dashboards will show you a number that isnot true.
If a metric has no data this month, most systems record zero. Zero quietly corrupts every average, every roll-up and every decision built on top of it. Clametra refuses to do that.

Three of four inputs arrived. The score says so, the missing one is named, and its owner has been asked for it.
Variance that knows direction
Falling costs are good. Falling revenue is not. Clametra scores favourable movement correctly instead of handing you a signed number to interpret.
Reports you can reproduce
Every report is a locked snapshot with a data-as-of timestamp. Reopen last quarter’s board pack and you see last quarter’s numbers.
Locked periods stay locked
Once a reporting cycle is approved and closed, the underlying measurements cannot be quietly edited. What the board saw is what was true.
When a director asks where a number came from, you will have an answer.

Profit.co publishes no prices. Cascade is free for two users, then contact sales. ClearPoint has a ten-user minimum and a pricing call. You should be able to evaluate a strategy platform the way you evaluate anything else: by looking at it and seeing what it costs.

Billed annually
For teams that need focused goal-setting and tracking, nothing else.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no sales call, no sign-up friction. Annual billing saves you 20% against monthly billing. Enterprise adds a SOC 2 Type II report, currently in progress.
Compare plans in detail.
Every plan includes secure cloud hosting, regular product updates, and onboarding support to get your team running fast.
If something here is still unclear, the contact form reaches a person who knows the answer, not a queue.
Do we have to run Balanced Scorecard or OKRs?
Either, or both. Clametra supports the Balanced Scorecard with four or custom perspectives, and OKRs with cycles, key results and check-ins. Hybrid organisations run them side by side and see each reported separately. The two are never averaged into one misleading score.
How do the real-time signals actually work?
Every KPI carries a target, a direction and a due date. Clametra evaluates each measurement as it arrives, and each period as it closes. A reading that crosses the target line, a period that closes with nothing filed, three consecutive readings moving away from target, or a corrective action plan going overdue each raise a signal the same day. The owner is notified on Telegram and the strategy admin gets the escalation, so nobody is waiting for a quarterly review to find out.
Can we control who gets alerted, and how often?
Yes. Thresholds, the escalation path and the delivery channel are set per KPI. Signals for the same KPI are grouped rather than resent on every reading, so a metric that stays off target does not turn into forty messages. Owners can be notified on Telegram, in the app, or by email.
Why Telegram rather than email?
Because owners answer it. Metric owners link their Telegram account once and can reply with a figure straight from the notification. Clametra validates that they own that KPI, checks the period is still open, and records the value against the right period. Field managers, branch staff and regional leads on patchy connections file numbers this way when they would never open a web dashboard.
What happens when a metric has no data for a period?
It is recorded and displayed as missing, not as zero. Roll-ups exclude it and label the result as partial rather than silently averaging an absence into the score. Reports state how many inputs were expected against how many arrived.
Can we connect the tools we already use?
Google Sheets and ERPNext integrations ship on Professional, and Telegram delivers the owner notifications and replies. Enterprise adds custom connectors. We list only what exists today rather than a logo wall of intentions.
Is the People module a separate product?
No. Competency frameworks, evaluation cycles, calibration, development plans and recognition are part of the platform on Professional. Reviews draw on the KPIs a person already owns, so assessment starts from measured evidence rather than memory.
How long until we are running?
Most teams are set up the same day. You create an organisation, choose your framework, import or enter objectives, and invite owners. There is no mandatory onboarding programme and no implementation fee.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrading from Essentials to Professional carries your objectives, KPIs and dashboards across instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is Clametra secure enough for a regulated organisation?
Enterprise is built for regulated buyers: SSO via SAML or OIDC, extended audit log retention with SIEM export, data residency options, and custom contractual terms including a DPA and MSA. A SOC 2 Type II report is in progress. We will say so plainly until it is complete rather than implying certification we do not hold.
“Clametra gave us something we didn’t know we were missing: a single source of truth for our strategy. For the first time, every department head can see how their daily work connects to the company’s objectives.”
